BACKGROUND
Bose expertise in electromagnetics, power amplification, and precise motion control were utilized to isolate drivers from harmful road vibration using linear and rotary motors in Class 8 Trucks (18 wheelers)
The Bose Ride System II required no changes to the vehicle’s cab and was offered an aftermarket retrofit, or as an OEM factory-installed option in Volvo and Freightliner trucks
